Question by BrainBlitz: Florida Insurance License - will they deny me with this type of criminal record?
Pled no contest, 1st degree felony (or 3rd, whichever is the least bad). Guilt (adjudication) was withheld, so technically I wasn't convicted and only did probation.
I'm wondering if in the state of Florida, if that will eliminate me from being eligible from getting my insurance license.
